Career pathways are a series of education and training steps that prepare people for employment and career advancement. They are designed to meet the skill needs of high-demand industries and provide a clear path to the next level of education and training. The goal of these programs is to help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to be prepared for life after graduating high school.
