This course will consist of the following activities: Weight training, yoga, spinning, outdoor biking, boxing/selfdefense,
plyometric and circuit training. Students will be exposed to lessons that will integrate calorie
expenditure, calculating their BMI, and learn to track their heart rate. This class will leave them with a gift that
will last a lifetime. All athletes should be aware of the rigorous workouts so there aren't any conflicts with their
athletic season.
