Prerequisite: Completion of Nutrition 1 or Nutrition 2
Food trends will provide a broader knowledge base in what is available to be done with food. Students will practice concepts in Historical Foods, Fad diets, social media hacks & buzz worthy food art, etc. This course is an intensive hands-on laboratory experience. Students will gain 21st century skills that include collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication.
