PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of Algebra I and Geometry as well as Department Approval

This course is designed to provide students with a working foundation of Algebra II and will allow students to develop key algebraic skills as well as explore a variety of functions. Due to pacing and the strengths and needs of students, course topics could vary from year to year. Topics may include radicals, complex numbers, fractional and negative exponents, quadratic equations and functions, rational expressions and functions, polynomial functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, as well as other topics included in the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework.
